  Hi there,
  We’d like to register for this event. I just want to double check that it’s at the Bella Concert Hall – is that correct?

  We were supposed to attend an event there this past season, and at the last minute, the competition changed venues as apparently the Bella was being “difficult”. Is your booking confirmed for this weekend?
